Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Yozigo platform, websites, and services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization.

1. The Yozigo Platform

Yozigo provides a Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) analytics and optimization platform. Our Service helps brands track their visibility, sentiment, and grounding across various Artificial Intelligence (AI) models and search interfaces.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Fees and Payment

Certain aspects of the Service are provided for a fee. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described in our pricing documentation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

4. Proprietary Rights

The Service, including its algorithms, data structures, user interface, and overall design, is the proprietary property of Yozigo. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription term. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.

5. User Data and Privacy

You retain ownership of any data you upload to the Service ("User Data"). You grant Yozigo a license to process User Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

6. AI Model Output Disclaimer

Yozigo provides analytics based on third-party Artificial Intelligence models (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude). Because these models are probabilistic and evolve continuously, Yozigo does not guarantee specific ranking results or the absolute accuracy of the data retrieved from these external platforms. GEO insights are provided for strategic guidance only.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to: (a) violate any laws or regulations; (b) infringe upon the rights of others; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to Yozigo's infrastructure; or (d) use the Service's data to train or fine-tune competing AI models.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOZIGO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. Yozigo reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms or for non-payment of fees.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a revision meaningfully impacts your rights, we will notify you before the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Yozigo is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
