How often does Yozigo check AI answers?
Once a day for every brand, on each engine in your plan. Plans include 30, 100, or 200 prompts.
Does Yozigo count questions that already name my brand?
Yes, but it reports them separately. Questions that contain your brand name (branded prompts) almost always mention you, so mixing them with category questions inflates visibility. Switch to the Discovery view to see unbranded performance only.
How are visibility and share of voice calculated?
Responses that mention your brand ÷ all responses × 100. Your mentions ÷ (your mentions + tracked competitor mentions) × 100.

How does Yozigo know an AI crawler is real?
Each request is checked against vendor-published IP ranges, forward-confirmed reverse DNS, and signed agent headers. Requests are marked verified, spoofed, unverified, or unverifiable.
Can agencies manage several client brands in Yozigo?
You manage every client brand from one dashboard. Prompts are pooled, so you decide how many go to each client. Engine access is controlled per client.
What counts as a tracked prompt?
One buying question, run daily across every engine included in your plan. A prompt run on six engines still counts as one tracked prompt.
How does Yozigo billing work?
